Exchanges-Oops, something doesn't fit me right, what can I do?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, there is no refund on knickers. Please make sure to refer to the sizing guide in order to get the best fit. For all our other pieces, you can exchange or retain a store credit, within a 14 day period.
Please email [email protected] within that 14 day period. Even if we haven’t contacted you straight away, please feel secure in that as long as you have emailed within a fortnight from receiving your items, you will be eligible. Please refer to our sizing guide and always make sure to include all of your measurements upon checkout as it will make your garment that much more unique and personal.
Not saved Lingerie does not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. We offer store credit if you feel like you don’t want to exchange straight away which is valid for 12 months.

Delivery - Do you guys deliver to everywhere in Australia and how much does it cost?
We send anywhere in Australia at no additional cost. It will be sent via Parcel Post (1-2 business days) however Not Saved is not responsible for items that may go missing. This also goes with incorrect delivery address provided at checkout, nor is Not Saved responsible for locating said package or responsible to replace the item.

How come you don't offer express post?
Because our products are made by hand, our products take time to complete. We do not make our products in bulk; we make each one made to order. If you need something straight away for a special someone, a gift voucher would be a better idea, which is valid from the second you purchase it.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, of course! A gift voucher is a great idea for gifting which allows the recipient to shop at their leisure. The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and the minimum is $20.

Wait time- Why does it take so long for an item to arrive to me?
Because each one of our products are hand made with love, it can take up to 4 weeks for the product to be made, packaged and sent off to you. Each piece is made to fit you perfectly and made to last, so it does take time (this time may vary, but we would definitely let you know).

Care instructions- My pieces are lovely, how do I ensure to keep them this way?

Just like any other delicate item you may own, special care should be taken in order to keep the product at its very best. Pieces should be either popped in a delicates bag or hand washed with a gentle detergent. We have tested all our pieces for endurance to ensure you get the longest wear and that that they stay true to their original shape.

Do you offer international shipping and will the price of the garment change?
Yep, nobody should have to miss out! We are offering international shipping, which will incur an extra delivery fee. At the point of payment, please check whether your country is available. The price of the garments will vary slightly depending on where you are shopping from. All prices are shown in Australian dollars $AUD and will be converted at the checkout. Not Saved international items may be liable to international custom taxes which unfortunately is not the responsibility of Not Saved. We do everything possible to ensure you receive your package but this is something out of our control. Not saved uses Australia Post to ship our international orders.
